Superior Industries has acquired 8.7% of Synergies Castings Ltd, an Indian wheel maker.  They also made a conditional commitment to raise that stake to over 25% by the end of the year.  This is Superior's first move into Asia and I am very optimistic about it and subsequent moves I anticipate they'll make into this part of the world!

Superior is appropriately named.  They have world-class business processes that I am confident they will share with this new company.  I expect this acquisition to be mutually beneficial - the best kind!
